When you contact the World Kanaani Organization, we store the name, email address, enquiry category, subject and message that you provide. Submissions are stored on the website server and are available to authorised WordPress staff. Email notifications, when configured, go to the organisation’s designated recipient.

We use these details to handle your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal records. You can request correction or deletion by contacting us through the contact form.

The website also uses WP Statistics for traffic measurement. IP anonymisation and hashing are enabled, with reports restricted to administrators.
