The Royal House of Kanaani is a cultural, heritage, and custodial institution established under the auspices of the Salita Foundation and the World Kanaani Organization to preserve, document, and represent the designated Royal Kanaani lineage and its cultural inheritance as the Heirs to King Solomon’s Feline Throne.

Rooted in Jerusalem and inspired by the Jewish tradition of King Solomon’s extraordinary throne — on whose fifth step a golden cat stood facing a golden rooster — the Royal House of Kanaani brings together heritage, preservation, documented lineage, stewardship, and living continuity.

The Royal House does not encompass every cat of the Kanaani breed. Membership in the Kanaani breed alone does not constitute membership in the Royal House or the Royal Family. Membership in the House is governed by its Founding Declaration, Royal Charter, documented lineage, and official registry.
